Refund, Return & Alteration Policy

1. Final Sale Policy

All our garments are individually handcrafted and made-to-measure based on the customer’s submitted measurements or the size selected from our size chart. For this reason, all sales are final.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if a garment does not fit due to incorrect or inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

However, don’t worry if you’ve never taken measurements before — we’ll send a clear step-by-step guide, and it’s much simpler than you might expect. We’re always happy to review your measurements before we begin.

2. Conditions for Accepted Returns, Refunds or Remake (Manufacturer Error Only)

A return, refund, or remake at our expense will only be approved if the issue is verified as a manufacturing error on our part and the following conditions are met:

  • Manufacturing Error: The garment’s actual measurements differ from the measurements you submitted or the size you selected.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags attached.
  • Time Limit: The return or refund request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: If the error is confirmed to be ours, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.

3. Dedicated Alteration Support (Our Commitment to Fit)

If the garment does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we are still committed to helping you achieve the best fit through one of the following options:

A. Local Alteration Reimbursement (Recommended)

This is the fastest and most cost-effective solution.

  • Customers may use a local tailor for minor adjustments.
  • We offer partial reimbursement (up to $25 USD) with a valid tailoring receipt.

B. Alteration at Our Studio (Hanoi, Vietnam)

For more complex adjustments, you may return the garment to us:

  • We will perform the alteration free of charge.
  • Important Shipping Note: Customers are responsible for all two-way international shipping costs (sending the item to Vietnam and shipping it back).
    Please be aware that international shipping to and from Vietnam can be significantly expensive, so local alteration is strongly recommended.
