Ordering

1. What size should I buy?

All of our pieces are custom-made to your measurements and preferred color. Simply select Custom Size and note your body measurements at checkout — we’ll tailor your garment accordingly.

2. How long does it take to complete a custom order?

For non-embroidered pieces, the average production time is 7–10 days. For hand-embroidered designs, it usually takes 10–14 days, since every detail is embroidered entirely by hand.

If you need your order sooner, let us know your timeline and we’ll do our best to prioritize production.

3. Do you offer customization (colors, embroidery, design changes)?

Yes! We specialize in custom work, including:
• Custom colors
• Hand embroidery
• Fabric changes
• Design modifications
Just message us your ideas — we’d love to help bring them to life.

4. Can I request personalized embroidery or my own design?

Yes! We specialize in custom hand embroidery. You can share your ideas, patterns, or inspirations, and our artisans will bring them to life with care and detail.

5. How do I provide my measurements?

All pieces are made to measure for the best fit. You can provide your sizing in one of the following ways:
Option 1: Custom Size (recommended, no extra cost)
Share your body measurements of bust, waist, hips, height, and weight.
For sizes XL and above (bust over 38” / 97 cm), including shoulder width, armhole circumference, and upper arm circumference allows us to tailor an even more precise fit.
Option 2: Standard Size
Select your size from our chart and double-check your choice.
For greater accuracy, we also recommend providing your height and weight.
Option 3: Measurements from a Well-Fitting Garment
If you own a piece that fits you beautifully, simply measure it (bust, waist, hips, length, etc.).
We can craft your new garment using those measurements.
No matter which option you choose, we’re here to guide you through every step and ensure you feel completely confident before we begin.

Shipping

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Whether you’re in the US or overseas, we’ll make sure your custom-made piece reaches you safely.

7. How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping (free) takes about 8–12 days to the US and 10–15 days to other countries.

If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping (with an extra fee) that usually arrives within 3–5 days.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your shipping address—just contact us as soon as possible.

Once the package has been dispatched, however, we’re unable to change the address.

Refund, Return & Alteration

10. What is your return policy for custom items?

All our garments are made-to-measure and are considered Final Sale.
We only accept returns or refunds if the issue is verified as a manufacturing error on our part.

11. I provided the wrong size. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. We cannot offer a refund or exchange for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
However, we offer several alteration support options (see Section 3 of our policy) and are happy to assist.

12. What is the fastest way to fix the fit of my garment?

The fastest and most cost-effective solution is our Local Alteration Reimbursement (Option 3A).
We will reimburse up to $25 USD for local tailoring costs with a valid receipt.
This saves you both time and significant international shipping fees.

13. I don’t want to pay high international shipping.What should I do?

We strongly recommend Option 3A — Local Alteration, as it avoids costly international shipping.
If you choose to send the item back to Vietnam, please note that two-way international shipping is at the customer’s expense and can be quite high.

14. My item arrived with a flaw. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue.
If the flaw is confirmed as a manufacturing error, we will cover the full return shipping costs and provide a refund or remake.

15. How do I take accurate measurements?

We provide a detailed measurement guide with step-by-step photos.
You’re also welcome to send us photos or a short video while measuring — we’re happy to review them to ensure accuracy.

16. What is the time window for reporting an issue?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for any sizing or craftsmanship concerns.

17. Who pays for return shipping?

• If the issue is due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer → Buyer is responsible for return shipping to our studio in Hanoi, Vietnam.
• If the issue is a confirmed manufacturing error → We cover the full return shipping cost.

18. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, we begin customizing your garment, and cancellations are no longer possible.
